On Monday, July 29, General Hospital alum Haley Pullos (ex-Molly) went before the judge to be sentenced for her 2023 DUI arrest for driving the wrong way down a freeway and colliding with another vehicle, seriously injuring the other driver.

Back in April, Pullos turned herself in and served 90 days in jail leading up to her sentencing, and her attorney, Dan Melnick, told People that the actress is now set to be released. “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving program, and continuing private counseling,” he reported.

Back in May 2023, the role of Molly Lansing Davis was recast when Pullos revealed that she needed some time to recover after a car accident. However, shortly after that news broke, it was revealed that Pullos had been arrested for DUI after colliding head-on with another car going about 60 mph on a Pasadena freeway. She was then seen entering Malibu Detox , a rehab facility.

When Pullos turned herself in back in April, her attorney said that she would likely serve five years probation, complete 200 hours of community service, and pay $8,260 in damages to Courteney Wilder, the driver of the other vehicle. “Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety,” Melnick said in a statement at the time.
