WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE STARBUCKS APP
Order Ahead and Pay with Ease

Whether you’re rushing to work or simply don’t want to wait in line, this feature allows you to customize and place your order in advance. When you arrive at the store, your order will be ready for you, saving you precious time. You can pay using cash, a credit card, or a Starbucks Card, ensuring a seamless and flexible transaction.

The U.S. Sun reached out to Starbucks for comment and a representative shared that the app and website were back up and running as of 12:30 pm ET.
“Earlier today, some customers were briefly unable to access the mobile order and pay feature in the Starbucks app due to a third-party system outage,” said the representative.
“We’re happy to share that functionality for ordering ahead has largely been restored and customers are able to continue using the feature in the app.
“Our stores are open and ready to welcome customers and where pockets of limited interruption continue, we’re working to solve as quickly as possible.”
