Fans were left feeling awfully emotional after a clip from a recent concert showed Nick Carter personally serenading a fan in the audience.

While the band shared the video on TikTok yesterday, July 29, it was actually taken earlier this month during the singer's solo Who I Am tour stop in Frankfurt, Germany.

Carter performed the band's "I Want It That Way" amid his solo set, leaving the stage at some point during the song to sing directly to one fan, who was secured in a stretcher and wearing an oxygen nasal cannula, watching the show from the floor.

For the duration of the video, the 44-year-old artist stood at her side and sang directly to her while she sang right back to him. At one point, he even passed her the mic. According to TikToker @fraufretch, who originally uploaded the video to the social media platform, the singer performed the entire song at the fan's side.

The fan, named Jenni , was at the concert as part of a wish "made possible by Der Wünschewagen, a NGO [or non-governmental organization/non-profit] granting wishes of critically-ill individuals," per the user's account.

"We live for moments like these," the band added when they reuploaded it to their own account.

Fans were left "crying" over the "beautiful" interaction, with one adding, "We love truly heartfelt moments by celebrities."

"OMG Im crying!" another said on the original video. "😭 Nick Carter thank you for making this woman's life and her dream come true 🩵."

"As a mother of a medically fragile child, THIS was spectacular," another fan wrote. "Thank you BSB for making her dreams come true. I’ve been a fan for MANY years. ❤️."
