The tranquil town of Southport was rocked by tragedy as three young lives were cut short. The victims have now been photographed and identified by authorities as Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and nine year old Alice Dasilva Aguiar, were tragically taken too soon.

Bebe King's family, engulfed in grief, issued a heart-wrenching statement through authorities: "No words can describe the devastation that has hit our family as we try to deal with the loss of our little girl Bebe."

Alice Aguiar's loved ones shared their own moving homage, saying: "Keep smiling and dancing like you love to do our Princess, like we said before to you, you're always our princess and no one would change that. Love from Your Hero Daddy and Mummy."

The incident unfolded at Hart Street just before noon on July 30, when police received reports of a violent outburst at an event dubbed 'a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga workshop' aimed at kids.

Following the heinous attack, a 17 year old suspect from Banks is now in custody. Detained by police, he faces critical interrogation about the appalling crime.
