Suni Lee may have fallen flat (literally) in warmups Tuesday, but she'll be standing atop the podium next to her Team USA teammates after winning the team all-around gold medal.

The 21-year-old gymnast face-planted into the mat while warming up for her uneven bars routine at the women's all-around event. She bounced up, quickly shaking it off.

    It wasn't a big deal.

Lee, 21, took her turn at the uneven bars in the second rotation, showcasing why she's one of the best in the world in her sport. She continued her excellence with a top performance on the balance beam in the third rotation.

While she may have flopped to start the day, she didn't let that defeat her when it mattered most. Here's a look at Lee's scores from the all-around final as well as her tumble in warmups at the 2024 Paris Olympics .

Suni Lee bar and beam score

Lee excelled on both the uneven bars and the balance beam Tuesday. She's one of a team of star gymnasts for five-person Team USA, and her performance during the women's team finals is proving why that's the case.

The 21-year-old began in the second rotation with the uneven bars, proving her face-plant during warmups was simply an anomaly. She scored a 14.566, which was the second highest for uneven bars in the second rotation.

Lee maintained her mojo into the third rotation with the top performance on the balance beam. She posted a 14.600, which was the highest during the rotation.

She also posted a 13.533 on the floor exercise in the fourth rotation.

Lee was practicing her uneven bars routine during warmups Tuesday when she took a major spill into the mat.

She couldn't grab onto the top bar after a flip, thus leading her to face-plant into the mat. She bounced pretty high but immediately got up and walked it off.

Luckily, this was just warmups, so the fall had no bearing on her individual score or the team's placement. In the end, she put together a masterful uneven bars routine, earning a 14.566 score in the second rotation.
