He describes how this name came to his mind from the first moment they met. It possessed deep meaning, as it was the name of a beloved friend he had lost two years earlier.
This chance encounter was even more notable given that his pilot friend, Haraldur (Haddi), had once gifted him a piece of artwork drawn by his cartoonist grandfather, whom he had also recently lost. And it wasn’t just Max who felt this connection; Hadi was instantly bonded to him, even chasing after him as he left town. While he wasn’t planning on becoming a dog dad, he could not ignore what this beautiful pup was telling him. So, he ensured he received the proper veterinary care and got him a passport. Now, this four-legged beauty will be by his side for all his adventures, paying homage to the spirit of his cherished pal.

What Is a Pet Passport?
A pet passport is a document that allows pets to travel between countries without undergoing quarantine, provided they meet specific health and vaccination requirements. While every country has its own rules, most require pets to be microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and have certification from a veterinarian confirming they are healthy. Some countries may also require a rabies titer test and proof of tapeworm and tick treatment.
