Ahead of its premiere in a few days, the Batman: Caped Crusader opening credits have been released, teasing more of the upcoming neo-noir feel of the series.

While the opening credits don’t showcase too much of the series, it does do a good job showcasing the atmosphere the show is aiming for. In the credits, Batman can be seen exploring a neo-noir version of Gotham, interrogating people, and more.

Check out the opening credits to Batman: Caped Crusader below:

Who is in Batman: Caped Crusader?

Batman: Caped Crusader stars Hamish Linklater in the titular role of the Dark Knight. Alongside Linklater, the series also features the voices of Jamie Chung, Christina Ricci, Diedrich Bader, Eric Morgan Stuart, Michelle C. Bonilla, and more.

“It is an all-new animated series and reimagining of the Batman mythology,” reads the logline. “Utilizing state-of-the-art animation techniques, this powerful creative partnership will once again reinvent the character and his iconic rogue’s gallery with sophisticated storytelling, nuanced characters, and intense action sequences, all set in a visually striking world.”

Batman: Caped Crusader hails from executive producers Bruce Timm (Batman: The Animated Series), J.J. Abrams (Star Trek, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker), and Matt Reeves (The Batman, The Penguin). Originally developed for Max, Amazon MGM Studios ultimately picked up the series for a two-season order last March 2023. Based on characters from DC, Batman: Caped Crusader is produced by Warner Bros. Animation, Bad Robot Productions, and 6th & Idaho, with Ed Brubaker and Sam Register executive producing.
