John Stamos is apparently the kind of guy who remembers his old friends on their birthdays, much to the delight of fans.
On Monday, July 29, the 60-year-old actor posted an iconic clip from Full House to Instagram with a sweet birthday message for his former co-star, Lori Loughlin .
"Happy 60th Birthday, Lori! 🎉 Wow, where do I even begin?" Stamos captioned the video. "From our days on set to all the laughter and love we’ve shared off-screen, you’ve been a constant source of joy and inspiration in my life."
He added: "Your kindness, strength, and genuine spirit shine brighter than ever as you hit this incredible milestone. Here’s to celebrating you today and every day— love you."

Commenters loved seeing Stamos and Loughlin together again in one of their favorite Full House moments.
"This is one of THE greatest scenes from this show!" wrote one fan. "The amount of times I’ve watched it and will still die laughing every time!"
"Oh my gosh hilarious! I remember this episode very well!!" wrote another Instagram user.
As Parade previously reported, Stamos and Loughlin's on-screen chemistry almost led to a real-life relationship. In his memoir If You Would Have Told Me, Stamos called his connection with the actress a "sort of true friendship that’s supposed to be the foundation of a great, lasting relationship" and said that at one time romantic feelings were beginning to develop between the two of them.
That changed when Stamos met his now ex-wife, Rebecca Romijn , at a Victoria's Secret Fashion Show after party in 1994 (which he attended with Loughlin as friends).
Stamos and Romijn married in September 1998 and stayed together until 2004. Stamos has been married to Caitlin McHugh Stamos since 2018; the couple shares one son, Billy Stamos , 6.
Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have been married since 1997. They have two daughters, Isabella "Bella" Rose Giannulli , 25, and Olivia Jade Giannulli , 24.
