Hot and humid weather returns to round out the month. Scattered summer storms show up, too. It is possible we will see our fourth heat wave this summer materialize in the coming days. Hazy, hot and humid weather reappears in the forecast this week, heading into the weekend. A persistent flow of wind from the Carolinas drags that tropical air back up the East Coast. There are a few areas of disturbed weather that will also pivot through to offer up a chance at late-day or nighttime storms. This allows for pool/beach or any outdoor time with little worry about storms ruining plans. However, any time after 4 p.m. we should all start becoming more weather aware.
