French Bulldog Stops in Wonder Upon Meeting Newborn Human Brother

Sometimes, a friend comes along who you just know will be by your side through thick and thin. Remi the French Bulldog just met that person—her newborn human brother—and she decided then and there, she'll always be there to protect and love him.

In an endearing moment shared by @remmersthefrenchie , Remi and her new brother have their very first meeting and it's everything. Get ready to fall in love.

"The moment everything changed for Remi," the caption says as the Frenchie sniffs and inspects her new human brother for the very first time.

"When Remi met her forever best friend," the video says. "The moment she realizes her little human was finally here after all the waiting, and he would be hers forever."

Midway through the clip, Remi has a moment of understanding where her eyes expand and she looks to Mom as if to say, "This is my best friend!" She then decides she needs a closer look and hops up near Mom to give her tiny human a kiss. Remi falls absolutely head over heels for her brother and it touched the hearts of many of her followers.

"She knows. This is her hooman!" one person wrote. "Why am I crying? This is so precious," another said. "That video was very sweet. Your Frenchie seems to know that the little thing on the sofa is very important," another added.

This is the start of something truly beautiful. We know Remi will take great care of her person for the rest of her days.
