The man was 67. what if he had some kind of health problem that prohibited him to be able to come. when you fill out the paper for an EPO you have to specifically put on there why you need it, what incidences have happened for you to request said EPO. Based on what the judge read he could of implemented the EPO with him not there. BUT, Epo is just a paper mind you. A piece a paper will not stop someone from hurting you or even killing you 😞 Which is not followed in most cases anyway because police now a days are too lazy to do their jobs.
