LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne said a few weeks ago that the 2024 Paris Olympics would be Simone Biles’ revenge tour.
She wasn’t wrong as Biles won her first gold medal of the 2024 Olympic Games on Tuesday when Team USA finished first in the team gymnastics event.
Dunne was on-hand to witness Biles’ latest victory in-person, and she gave the gymnastics GOAT a shout out on her TikTok page in a video showing Biles competing on beam and accepting her gold medal.

Biles brought home the gold — the fifth of her Olympic career — with her floor routine despite touching out of bounds twice. The U.S. finished with a score of 171.296, nearly six points ahead of silver-medal winning Italy.
Primed to add to her gold-medal collection later this week, Biles will compete in a handful of other events. During Olympic trials, she placed first in the all-around and floor exercise, second on the uneven bars and fourth on the balance beam.
Biles has a busy upcoming schedule including the women’s all-around final (Thursday, Aug. 1 at 12:15 p.m. ET), the women’s vault final (Saturday, Aug. 3 at 10:20 a.m. ET), the women's uneven bars final (Sunday, Aug. 4 at 9:40 a.m. ET), the women's balance beam final (6:35 a.m. ET) and floor exercise final (8:20 a.m. ET) — both on Monday, Aug. 5.
