Hot, humid, and mostly dry

Good Wednesday everyone! Guess what... it is another hot and humid July day in Maryland. I bet you thought it would be different, nope! Mostly sunny skies dominate throughout as highs soar into the mid-90s. Heat indices feel well into the triple digits. The Storm Prediction Center has us under a marginal 1/5 risk for strong to severe storms on Thursday and Friday, which may be capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. This weekend, a cold front migrates towards us. Widely scattered showers and storms both Saturday and Sunday with temperatures in the low to mid-90s. Next week is trending drier, but still hot.
