ALTHOUGH many Brits will be appreciating the warmer weather, getting to sleep in it can be a nightmare.
But a ‘cooling air,’ hack has since gone viral on social media as those who have tried it are praising it for being a total game changer.

Soph Mac is one of the people to have tried and tested it.
She took to TikTok to reveal that her bedroom was one of the hottest rooms in the house, and the hack made it much cooler for her to get to sleep in.
Soph revealed that using a fan and having it blow out of the window, rather than into the bedroom made a huge difference.
She first started off by cracking her window open slightly, before then getting her fan - wich usually stands on a desk and circulates air around the room - and having it face outside.
Speaking on a video she shared on TikTok, Soph says: “What you do is open your window and face the fan outwards.
“It is supposed to repel the hot air outwards as opposed to pushing hot air around the room if the fan was facing the other way.”
Soph’s bedroom is usually the hottest in her house at night time, and she claims the trick made it “actually feel so cool.”
She continued: “So I put the fan on at around 6pm, it’s now half nine.

"So it has been sitting there for a little while but it is so much cooler than what it is normally.”
The video has since gone viral, with over 63k people ‘liking’ it.
Many rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts, with some questioning her on if it really worked.
