Levis is coming into the 2024 season with a lot to prove. In his rookie year, Levis only got the chance to play in 8 full games, but he managed to finish higher than QB 15 in only one of them. His main concern is his accuracy, as he finished with the lowest completion percentage out of any qualifying QB in the 2023 season (58.4).
However, due to his lack of play time to adjust to NFL-caliber defenses, this could be fixed in his first entire season as a starter. His inaccuracy could also be blamed on how often he attempted the deep ball, the highest percentage in the league. If he continues this trend, the Titan's acquisition of deep-threat Calvin Ridley could help him. It is unlikely that the trend will continue, and if it does not, he will have a good group of weapons around him, such as Deandre Hopkins, Tyler Boyd, Tony Pollard, and Tyjae Spears.
In the past, we have known the Titans to be a more run-oriented team under Mike Vrabel and with Derrick Henry leading the backfield. After the departure of both of those said above, the team could switch to running more passing plays, which would open up more opportunities for Levis.
If you play in a one-redraft league, you should not spend a pick on him, as he should be available on the waiver wire at the start of the season and could be a potential candidate to watch if you are streaming QBS.
He is a risky option in dynasty leagues due to his failure to prove much in his rookie season, but with the talent around him, he could become a long-term option for the Titans. Some Dynasty Superflex managers rely on Levis to become a consistent quarterback, which could easily make or break their season.
Our consensus projections for Levis in the 2024 season would be: 373 completions, 4160 yards, 27 touchdowns, 13 interceptions through the air, and 48 carries for 118 yards and 3 rushing touchdowns.
