Michael Phelps' Wife Makes Her Opinion Of Diana Taurasi Disrespect Crystal Clear

Regardless of how Team USA's trip to Paris concludes, the legacy of Diana Taurasi is safe. She will always be considered one of the greatest ever to play basketball. Period.

However, that's not stopping fans from being disrespectful of the Phoenix Mercury star, with many believing that she shouldn't have been part of the United States squad in the 2024 Olympics simply because she's already past her prime.

Taurasi had already addressed that distorted notion , and she also continues to get supportive messages from everyone, including Michael Phelps' wife, Nicole Johnson.

"Diana Taurasi you're an inspiration for all women," wrote Johnson on an Instagram Story post that included a video of Taurasi's response to people questioning her inclusion on Team USA's roster.

At 42 years old, Taurasi can still contribute a lot to Team USA – on and off the court. Her experience as a five-time Olympic gold medalist is already a big plus for the Americans, who are heavily favored to top the field once again.

In Team USA’s, 102-76, win over Japan last Monday, Taurasi chipped in just two points but had three rebounds and one assist, while playing in 15 minutes.
