The 2024 Olympic gymnastics all-around finals begin with the men's competition today, with Chinese and Japanese athletes at the top of the list vying for a podium finish.

Two Americans qualified for the all-around final: Frederick Richard (10th, 83.163) and Paul Juda (13th, 82.865). Coming off a bronze medal in the team finals, Richard and Juda look to continue performing at the top of their games for some individual hardware.

China's Boheng Zhang is the favorite to win the all-around, qualifying in first with a massive score of 88.597. Japan's Shinnosuke Oka qualified in second, with just under two points separating him and Zhang. Japan also claimed third through Daiki Hashimoto and China fourth through Ruoteng Xiao.
