Ben Affleck Allegedly Has a ‘Policy’ for Jennifer Lopez’s Kids Emme & Max in His New Home

Ben Affleck recently made news about buying himself a Pacific Palisades mansion for $20.5 million, amid his alleged breakup from Jennifer Lopez . While the pair are seemingly focusing on themselves right now, it seems that even amid a tumultuous, reported split; they’re also focusing on co-parenting their blended family of five children. And it seems Affleck has a new “policy” in place for Lope’s kids, Emme and Max, when it comes to his new mega-mansion .

Insiders recently told Life and Style Magazine that even though Bennifer 2.0 may be no more, they still want their children to feel happy and welcomed anywhere they are.

“Ben says his home has an open-door policy for Emme and Max, and I’m sure Jennifer will do the same when she finds her new home,” an insider said the outlet, referring to howLopez’s kids are always welcome in his home. “They’ve vowed to stay supportive, which is why you see Jennifer and Violet still spending time together.”

The insider added that they’re “not cutting ties” with each other’s kids, and are hoping this alleged breakup will eventually be less painful on them as time goes by. They said, “The biggest casualty of their breakup are the kids, of course. Ben’s children love Jennifer, and her kids adore Ben. The new home is bittersweet because the kids see it as an end of their blended family. All the kids have bonded.”

For those who don’t know, Affleck and his ex-wife Jennfier Garner welcomed three children, with whom Lopez has become the stepmother to. Their kids are named Violet , born on Dec 2005, Seraphina born on Jan 2009, 15, and Samuel, born on Feb 2012.

Lopez is also the mother to twins Emme and Max, born on Feb 2008.

As for Lopez and Affleck, they fell in love on the set of the film Gigli in 2002, and were together until they broke off their engagement in 2004. However, in 2021, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance. A year later, they got engaged and married in a lavish ceremony . They’ve been plagued with breakup rumors since the beginning of 2024.
