On Wednesday, July 31, Dr. Umar took to Instagram to share a screenshot of an Instagram direct message he received from Ray.
In the message, Ray told Dr. Umar, “SUKI is my girl— STAND DOWN FAM”
In turn, Dr. Umar called Ray his “good brother” before adding:
“I don’t take orders from men. You do you and I’m going to do me. With that being said we can leave it right there Bruh…..”

As The Shade Room previously reported, Sukihana and Dr. Umar linked up in Miami earlier this week. The pair posed for a photo at the time while someone captured their interaction.
Ultimately, social media users reacted to the clip by remarking on how good they looked together.

Before this, Sukihana and Ray J sparked headlines together in April. As The Shade Room previously reported, Suki shared a message for the singer, at the time, thanking him for what appeared to be a room full of lavish, designer gifts.
Furthermore, earlier that month, the pair also made headlines after apparently being spotted together during a shopping outing in a Chanel store, per HotNewHipHop .
At this time, neither Ray nor Sukihana have explicitly revealed the nature of their relationship. However, HotNewHipHop has reported that they could be working together in producing shows on Ray’s Tronix network.
