Goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Will Lankshear either side of a Son Heung-min brace proved to be the difference.

However, Postecoglou was far from impressed with the match goalless at a drinks break after 25 minutes.

As his players took on fluids around him, the Australian fumed: “I’ve got one f***ing thing to say. We go and have a crack, man for man.”

His outburst was caught live by TV cameras along with the shocked reaction of the Spurs stars.

Postecoglou’s rant worked, though, as his side raced into a 3-0 lead at half-time through Kulusevski and Son’s goals.

The K-League XI pulled two goals back after the interval before Lankshear restored a two-goal advantage.

A late strike from Pohang Steelers midfielder Oberdan prompted a nervy ending for the Premier League side.

Spurs were able to hold on, though, to claim their fourth win from four pre-season friendlies.

They conclude their Asian tour against Bayern Munich in Seoul on Sunday.

The German giants then visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for Spurs’ final friendly on August 10.

Postecoglou’s side begin their campaign nine days later away to newly-promoted Leicester.

Spurs have made three signings so far this summer as they look to build on last season’s fifth place finish.

Swedish teenager Lucas Bergvall has completed his move from Djurgarden along with Archie Gray’s arrival from Leeds.

South Korean winger Min-hyeok Yang has also signed from Gangwon but will not join his new club until January.
