2024 Paris Olympics Track & Field Schedule: When Does Noah Lyles Run?
The Paris Olympics track and field competition kicks off Aug. 1 with the men’s and women’s 20km race walk, and ends on August 11 with the men’s and women’s marathon.
The marquee events kick off Aug. 2 with the women’s 100m heats (featuring Richardson, two-time Olympic gold medalist Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and African record holder Marie Josée Ta Lou-Smith). The men’s 100m heats kick off Aug. 3, with Lyles, defending Olympic champ Lamont Marcell Jacobs, and Jamaican rising star Kishane Thompson as favorites. Fans will also likely be tuning in to see which Yu-Gi-Oh card Noah Lyles picks for each of his races.

The women’s 100m final goes at 12:20 p.m. PT/3:20 p.m. ET on Aug. 3, while the men’s 100m final takes place Aug. 4 at 12:50 p.m. PT/3:50 p.m. ET. Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone also begins her quest for a gold medal in the 400m hurdles on August 4.
Other events include the men’s and women’s 4x100m relay, which kicks off with qualifying on Aug. 8, followed by the Olympic relay finals on Aug. 9.
