Episode 15 of My Sweet Mobster aired on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, on JTBC and Viki. In the episode, viewers saw Seo Ji-Hwan (Uhm Tae-Goo) trying to distance himself from Go Eun-Ha (Han Sun-Hwa) to keep her safe and sound. He fears Eun-Ha’s life is in danger due to his dark past.

My Sweet Mobster episode 15 further shows Go Eun-Ha and Kang Ye-Na teaming up to boost the energy of the employees at Seo Ji-Hwan’s company. The episode also shows Ji-Hwan’s father, Seo Tae-Pyeong, luring JI-Hwan into a factory to punish him for his betrayal. He wants his son Seo Ji-Hwan to return to his old gangster life at any cost.

Episode 15 of My Sweet Mobster begins right where episode 14 ends. Prosecutor Jang Hyun-Woo (Kwon Yul) gets heavily injured while saving Go Eun-Ha (Han Sun-Hwa). Seo Ji-Hwan (Uhm Tae-Goo) arrives at the spot and learns that Cat Company’s Go Yang-Hee has attacked Eun-Ha to abduct her. Ji-Hwan then goes on to rough Yang-Hee up. The police arrive and stop him. He and Yang-Hee are then taken to the police station.

Meanwhile, Eun-Ha and Dong-Hee wait at the hospital as the prosecutor is admitted. They are relieved to hear that Jang Hyun-Woo will be alright.

Soon after gaining his consciousness, the prosecutor goes straight to the police station to give his statement. He asks Dong-Hee to take Eun-Ha home despite her wanting to go to the police station to stand beside Seo Ji-Hwan.

At the police station, Jang Hyun-Woo’s statement leads the police to arrest Yang-Hee and put him behind bars. They also release Ji-Hwan. Outside, Ji-Hwan’s father and mafia boss of the Bulldog gang, Seo Tae-Pyeong, arrives to see Ji-Hwan. Right then, Go Eun-Ha also comes to check if Ji-Hwan is alright. She rushes to him and holds his hand in front of Seo Tae-Pyeong. It makes Ji-Hwan believe that Eun-Ha’s life will be in danger if she is with him. Thus, he tries to let her go to protect her.

Later on, in My Sweet Mobster episode 15, the other members of Ji-Hwan’s group make Eun-Ha leave the house and stay with her friend Mi-Ho. There, she remains worried about Ji-Hwan and his company and decides to help him make an entertaining social media challenge video with Kang Ye-Na. When Ji-Hwan sees her at his house to make the content, he first feels upset, but then, seeing Eun-Ha in such agony, he embraces her. He then gives her a pendant and asks her to wait a little longer for him.

Uhm Tae-Goo takes a huge risk to take down his father

In episode 15 of My Sweet Mobster, Seo Ji-Hwan (Uhm Tae-Goo) takes a risk. He trusts one of his father’s men and goes to a factory to collect data against his father. He also calls prosecutor Jang Hyun-woo to be there with backup. Ji-Hwan plans to put his father, Seo Tae-Pyeong, in prison. He is even ready to sacrifice himself in the process.

However, when he arrives there, he finds out that it has been a trap to lure him inside the factory. His father is waiting there with his gang members. He has even taken one of his beloved employees, Kwak Jae-Soo, as a hostage. He is tied up and beaten in front of him. Ji-Hwan tries to protect his employee and takes the hit.

What happens at the end of My Sweet Mobster ep 15?

At the end of My Sweet Mobster episode 15, Seo Tae-Pyeong orders Seo Ji-Hwan to join the Bulldog gang. However, he refuses, and Seo Tae-Pyeong’s men start beating him mercilessly. But Ji-Hwan does not give up. He tries to stand back up and face his father, and he comes closer to him.

At that moment, Go Yang-Hee occurs there to seek revenge for Seo Tae-Pyeong’s negligence towards him. He is furious and feels betrayed as Tae-Pyeong has totally forgotten about him and has not even gone to bail him out of prison. Thus, he tries to stab him to death. However, when Seo Ji-Hwan realizes it, he saves his father and gets stabbed in his place. The episode ends with Ji-Hwan in a critical condition.
