Reese Witherspoon's Daughter Ava Says It's 'Time to See How the Other Half Lives' as She Rocks Dramatic Hair Transformation

Ava Phillippe is no longer twinning with her famous mom!

The 24-year-old daughter of Reese Witherspoon is changing things up in the hair department, which means ditching her signature blonde locks.

Ava, who Witherspoon shares with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe , debuted her new look on social media on Tuesday, July 30, taking to Instagram to share a snap of her brand-new brunette hair.

In the sunny new photo, Ava posed in front of some greenery while rocking a red floral mini dress that perfectly complimented her new warm hair tones. She also had on a pair of sunglasses, as well as a giant smile that is nearly identical to her mom's.

"time to see how the other half lives 💃🏻," Ava wrote in her Instagram caption, along with the hashtag, " #brunette ."

Despite not having matching blonde locks with her daughter anymore, Reese, 48, still appeared to be supportive of Ava's hair transformation, taking to the comments to hype her up.

"It's a whole mood ❤️," the Legally Blonde star wrote under Ava's post.

Actress Sasha Pieterse also chimed in to tell the newly-minted brunette, "We have fun too 😎," while other brown-haired followers told Ava, "Welcome to the dark side 🤎."

Ironically enough, fans still couldn't get over how much Ava resembled her mom in the new pic, despite no longer twinning with their hair anymore.

"I swear I thought this was Reese at first glance 😮," one stunned user wrote.

"Is it possible you somehow look more like your mama?!" another person added, while someone else said Ava is still her mom's "clone," even with her new brunette tresses.
