Before you screenshot this review and make fun of us in a group chat, hear us out. We're unapologetic fans of this wellness food chain's pre-made, cold-case salads. Yes, they're the worst genre of salad, but the spring roll salad at Kreation is a major exception: a $16 plastic box filled with a delicious mix of crunchy cabbage, snap peas, and carrots, plus plentiful glass noodles and shredded chicken that is somehow never dry—even after sitting in a fridge for hours. In fact, this salad inexplicably tastes even better when it's pulled from the depths of an office fridge. We love the tangy miso-soy dressing that comes with it, too.
