Challengers is a romance sports-drama movie directed by Luca Guadagnino, known for movies like Call Me by Your Name and Suspiria. The movie’s story follows Tashi Donaldson, a tennis coach and former player who trains her husband Art to become a world-famous Grand Slam champion. Tashi, witnessing Art’s losing streak has him sign up for the “Challengers” event, which is close to a pro Tennis tournament. Art soon faces his former best friend and Tashi’s ex-boyfriend in the tournament.
