Kevin Durant and the Team USA men's basketball team faced South Sudan on Wednesday in the group phase of the 2024 Paris Olympics.

During the 103-86 victory for Team USA, Durant connected with Anthony Davis in the paint with a flashy pass, and Stephen Curry reacted to the two-time NBA champion's highlight-level play.

Durant and Davis worked through a high ball screen to trap South Sudan small forward Bul Kuol (#7), and then his teammate, power forward JT Thor, decided to hedge, but he over-committed to the Phoenix Suns star. Once Durant attracted the double team, Davis slipped into the paint, open for a KD pass, and the Los Angeles Lakers center was able to end the play with a one-handed dunk.

Curry looked straight at Durant when Davis slammed it home, pointing at his former Golden State Warriors teammate with approval.

Team USA's starting lineup included LeBron James, Devin Booker, Jayson Tatum, Davis, and Curry, while Durant came off the bench. KD finished with 14 points, three assists, and three steals, while AD recorded eight points and seven rebounds, and Steph posted three points and four assists for the Team USA victory.
