The preview trailer for My Sweet Mobster episode 16 (finale) displays Go Eun-Ha (Han Sun-Hwa) and other members of Seo Ji-Hwan’s (Uhm Tae-Goo) group frantically taking Ji-Hwan to the hospital. They are waiting outside of the operation theater while doctors are trying their best to save Ji-Hwan’s life. It looks like his condition is extremely critical.

After that, the preview further discloses that Seo Ji-Hwan will slip into a coma due to the heavy injuries. Go Eun-Ha is always by his side at the hospital, taking care of him. Meanwhile, the other members of the group are in complete distress, as they don’t know what will happen to Seo Ji-Hwan.

At the end of the trailer, Go Eun-Ha tries to encourage everyone to stay strong and fulfill their duties to make Ji-Hwan happy, as he always wants his employees to be responsible. Thus, Eun-Ha and Ji-Hwan’s group members will try their best to make Ji-Hwan feel a sense of relief even when he is in a state of coma. Whether Seo Ji-Hwan will wake up from the coma or not, viewers will find out in the finale episode.
