An Ohio woman fell victim to an unusual scam and lost nearly $6,000 after the criminals convinced her to strip down on camera - and it all started with a phone call from who she thought was her bank

People have to stop being stupid. My sister called me in a panic saying that Microsoft has detected suspicious activity on her account. I said why? She said what do you mean? I said Microsoft has billions of customers, if they called everyone of them on the phone to tell them that they saw suspicious activity on their account then that's all they would have time to do. She said yes that makes sense. "Microsoft" was going to charge her $299 dollars to help her rid of the activity. Good thing she called me before she did it.
