MrBeast's former employee insists they worked "painstakingly" in order to provide "the best fan experience", after the YouTube star was hit with "fraud allegations" .

An individual claiming to be a former employee previously accused MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, of "scamming" viewers and creating "illegal lotteries". The allegations were made in posts shared on social media and have now been slammed by former MrBeast employee Ben Acott.

Ben, who worked with MrBeast for two years and helped to develop Feastables told The Mirror US he had "nothing but an incredible experience working closely with him". He added: "One of the biggest surprises working with the MrBeast ecosystem is the integrity of the operation and how tight the legal side is as it relates to the prizes and competition structure across all the videos and sweepstakes.

"All the millions, the chocolate factory, the countless Teslas and the thousands of other prizes given away over the years are over-compliant and painstakingly managed so it delivered the best fan experience." Ben explained how MrBeast and his company had "multiple big legal firms just on sweepstakes law on retainer" to ensure the brand was protected.

He continued: "More importantly (and the thing he cared about most) was the fan/subscriber experience - to be done fairly and in compliance. If that failed, his entire ecosystem would be impacted so it always is and has been of top priority to do everything critically perfect.

"Jimmy is a 100000% a perfectionist with this and when it's questioned, it definitely affects him and the team behind it." His comments come after a purported ex-employee had accused MrBeast, in a series of online posts, of not being honest with fans when he promises them the chance to take part in his videos if they subscribe.

"The random subscribers you see in challenges are actually never random They’re almost always local to MrBeast, and often times friends and family of MrBeast employees, or just the employees themselves," the indivudal, who goes by the username DogPack404, claimed online.

The individual also alleged the money available in MrBeast's videos is real, but alleged the contestants are often actors, or friends and family of MrBeast. DogPack404 also accused MrBeast of hosting "illegal lotteries".

He claimed that instead of awarding fans the cash prize, MrBeast would instead simply increase the time limit. MrBeast's current employee Chucky has also slammed the allegations in a post shared on X.

Chucky claims he fired DogPack404 after less than a month. Speaking about claims MrBeast uses friends and family as "random subscribers", Chucky said: "This is a wild statement that can easily be proven wrong, there's probably hundreds or thousands of people who have no affiliation to friends / family of beast employees. Think the 456 people in Squid Game, or ages 1 - 100, etc. Jimmy doesn’t know more then like a dozen people lol."

He continued: "He claims our 100 boys vs 100 girls video is scripted and the proof is a random text saying it is? That’s it? It was not scripted. Jimmy probably had countless people on set for that video and it would have been impossible to hide.

"This video was not scripted. I was on set for this and there was no bias for who won. He also implies the video is fake because we have some employees on each team.

"The employees in the video were there to fill in for people who tested positive for covid last minute right before filming. Thea (jimmy gf) mentioned this on a podcast over a year ago. If it wasn’t for Covid they would have not been in it. They had the same $ on the line as everyone else. Some random text of someone 'thinking' it was rigged doesnt mean its rigged lol."
