Keerthy Suresh’s Raghu Thatha OTT Release Details Confirmed

Keerthy Suresh is known for female-centric scripts. Throughout her career, she has starred in films ranging from action-thrillers and romance comedies to period dramas. After playing a fierce cop in Jayam Ravi starrer Siren, the actress is back with another powerful role in her upcoming movie, Raghu Thatha.

As the movie is slated to hit the theaters in a few weeks, alleged details about its OTT release are already out.

According to a report by OTTplay, Keerthy Suresh’s Raghu Thatha’s streaming deal has been confirmed. It adds that the film will arrive on the OTT platform, ZEE5, post its theatrical run. Moreover, the movie will also be available to watch on OTTplay Premium.

Discussions around Raghu Thatha have been going on among the viewers since its trailer was released. The clip teased plot details about the film that features a young lady named Kayalvizhi. She refuses to follow the social norms of how women must behave.

The movie is a period comedy-drama which will see Tamil-speaking population struggling to adapt to Hindi and English. Amid the massive changes, Kayalvizhi opts to learn the language as she finds it a key to breaking women’s barriers.

Fans are seemingly in awe of Keerthy Suresh’s performance in Raghu Thatha. A netizen penned, “This looks very intriguing. Keerthy Suresh has so much potential,” while another wrote, “keerthy is not simply acting, she is just living in that character.”

Besides Suresh, the movie also stars MS Baaskar, Devarshini, Ravindra Vijay, Jayakumar, Rajeev Ravindranathan, Anandsami, and more. Suman Kumar is directing the movie which will be released in Tamil and Telugu.
