However, the videos ended up spreading on X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit as well, per Variety.

A similar situation occurred with the “House of the Dragon” Season 1 finale that leaked days before it hit television screens in October 2022.

In a statement to The Post , HBO said at the time that the finale was posted to illegal torrent sites, and “it appears to have originated from a distribution partner in the EMEA region,” referencing Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

“HBO is aggressively monitoring and pulling these copies from the internet,” the network continued.

During the Season 2 penultimate episode , Rhaenyra Targaryen (D’Arcy) gained new dragon riders as Team Black prepares to go to battle against Team Green, led by King Aegon Targaryen (Gylnn-Carney), for control of the Iron Throne.

“Her blood is up and I think for the first time … she thinks she can [win],” D’Arcy said about Rhaenyra in an interview with TheWrap .

“One of the few things she’s felt clear about is not entering into war that [she’s] obviously going to lose, that [it] being a completely pointless exercise,” D’Arcy added. “And for the first time, she has what she feels to be an ultimate deterrent.”
