Offset hit with massive tax liens totaling $1.6m months before Cardi B filed for divorce from husband of seven years

OFFSET was hit with two massive tax liens totaling $1.6 million just months before his rapper wife Cardi B filed for divorce after seven years of marriage.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that soon-to-be-single Offset , 32, was hit with a federal tax lien of $1,575,266.00 on April 23.

According to a court clerk, the debt remains open and unpaid, and Cardi ‘s name is not attached to that lien.

In another lien, this one filed with the state of California, Offset appears to owe another $32,963.

That secondary lien was just filed weeks ago on June 11.

Cardi, 31, filed for divorce from her husband of seven years a second time, according to her rep to Page Six .

IT’S OVER, AGAIN!

On Thursday, the outlet reported that an insider said, “They’ve grown apart. That’s what drove her to this decision more than anything else.

“This is something she wants to do.”

The news of the split came on the heels of more rumors of the Run It Up rapper cheating on Cardi, though an insider had denied to the outlet that the new whispers prompted her decision to file.

In early July, the Drip rapper’s foe, Bia, insinuated that Offset was allegedly unfaithful to Cardi in a dis track.

Bia claimed Offset slept with another woman in their marital home.

Offset has since denied the allegations.

This is the second time the WAP rapper has filed for divorce against Offset.

Cardi and Offset briefly split just after the birth of Cardi’s daughter amid cheating rumors against both artists, but xthey soon reconciled.

Cardi eventually filed for divorce in 2020, but called off the proceedings months later.

The split comes as rumors circulate that the Grammy winner is expecting her third child .

They already share two children, Kulture, 6, and Wave, 2 .

In photos, fans have noted the singer and mom-of-two appearing to hide her stomach during recent outings.

The Migos rapper and Cardi have been married since 2017.

An insider claimed that the artist is now focused on moving forward and leaving the past behind.

An insider told PageSix, “She has no ill-will towards him.”

“She’s wishing him the best. She’s not going into this next season [of her life] with any beef or any drama.

“She wants everything to be very peaceful.”
