Everyone gets a little mushy when a new baby comes along and cows are no different. One herd of proud cows couldn't wait to greet the newest calf, and their joy is cuteness overload!

In the sweetest July 30 TikTok clip shared by Farm Girl ( @georgiafarmgirl ), the proud "aunties" rush to meet their nephew, and it's seriously so sweet. Watch how quickly they run straight toward him.

"When the girls realize it's their turn to meet the new baby," the video says. "Safest little guy in the land."

In the 19-second clip, eight excited cows come running through the pasture to see the new baby calf lying in the grass. New mom is bursting with joy as she watches on from the sidelines as all the "aunties" take turns loving on the sweet baby.

Of the more than 105,000 likes, more than 1,000 people are in awe of this beautiful sight.

"I love how she’s standing off to the side like yeah, go on and meet him," one person noted. "When the tias arrive, you know it's about to be a great day!" another said. "They're so gentle the way they slow down the closer they get," another added.

An auntie's love is unconditional so this calf is in good hands.

    Happy Cows Have Best Friends

Having a good group of friends make life so much better. This is true even for cows. As seen with the auntie herd, cows are more than capable of supporting and being there for one of their own, especially after they've given birth.

The Humane League says that, like humans, cows actually do have best friends ! This is because they're herd animals, always surrounded by other cows. From birth, they have a desire to bond with other cows, actually seeking out contact to groom or spend time together. It's not only a physical connection, it's emotional, also like humans.

The organization says cows in giant herds even develop preferences for specific herd mates, likely with those that have a similar disposition. They're capable of forming lifelong friendships with cows that think and love they way they do. It's a pretty special thing to watch the way they decide who their favorites are.

It's no wonder all the aunties came to bless the new calf—it takes a village to raise a baby and this one's no different. These ladies are the truest meaning of besties for life!
