Terminator Zero – Release Date, First Look, How To Watch

Netflix's brand new anime series, Terminator Zero , is coming this summer, and the streaming service has released the first official trailer a matter of weeks before release.

Featuring the voices of Timothy Olyphant, Sonoya Mizuno, Rosario Dawson, Ann Dowd, and André Holland, Terminator Zero comes from Skydance and Production I.G.

Masashi Kudo serves as director on Terminator Zero , with Project Power 's Mattson Tomlin writing and executive producing the series.

What Is Terminator Zero About?

Netflix has shared the official synopsis for the season, which reads:

Caught between the future and this past is a soldier sent back in time to change the fate of humanity. She arrives in 1997 to protect a scientist named Malcolm Lee who works to launch a new AI system designed to compete with Skynet's impending attack on humanity. As Malcolm navigates the moral complexities of his creation, he is hunted by an unrelenting assassin from the future which forever alters the fate of his three children.

When Is Terminator Zero Coming to Netflix?

Terminator Zero will be available exclusively on Netflix from August 29.

The series will be available to subscribers when it hits the platform later this month.

What Time Does Terminator Zero Come Out?

Batman: Caped Crusader season one will be available to stream from Midnight Pacific Time (PDT) on August 29, 2024, which is 3:00am Eastern Time (EDT).

The first trailer is just over two minutes and opens with an ominous voiceover that says: "Malcolm, what makes you think humanity is worth saving?"
