Netflix’s Geeked Week 2024 Date Set in Video Trailer

Netflix has revealed the start date for Geeked Week 2024 and provided details of a first-ever Live Fan Event.

The fourth annual Geeked Week celebration will take place the week of September 16, 2024. It will culminate in the first-ever live, in-person fan event in Atlanta on the evening of September 19, 2024.

Celebrating Netflix’s biggest global fandoms, Geeked Week will highlight Netflix’s most beloved Geeked titles. More details on the week of programming will be released in the coming weeks.

Netflix Geeked Week 2024 Teaser

The teaser for Geeked Week 2024 gives us a taste of the kind of shows, games, and movies that will be covered during the celebration. Included in the flurry of titles in the teaser are Stranger Things, Wednesday, Squid Game, Arcane, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and One Piece .

We could get some fresh looks at some of those shows, given their current progression towards their next seasons. Only yesterday it was announced Squid Game Season 2 would be releasing this December. The second and final season of League of Legends animated show Arcane will be arriving in November. Wednesday has been filming for Season 2 this year and will likely get a mid-2025 release. The live-action One Piece series has only recently gone into production of its second season while The Avatar: The Last Airbender show is on a similar path.

Stranger Things fans will definitely be hoping for something on the Final Season of the show. Filming began back in January of this year, and while it’s going to be next year before we see the conclusion of the epic Netflix smash, at least a little tease wouldn’t go amiss.

Last year’s Geeked Week featured a sizeable stack of first looks, trailers, and surprises. That included Rebel Moon, Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, 3 Body Problem , Sonic Prime, The Umbrella Academy, and much more.
