NESHOBA COUNTY, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Beauty contests are common at the Neshoba County Fair, but typically not for cows.
Seven bovines and even more kids were part of the annual Pretty Cow Contest at the fair. It mainly consisted of both dressing up in creative costumes. After a tough competition, the Simon family’s dairy cow, dressed as Snow White, was the fairest of them all. It is the second consecutive year the Poplarville family came out on top.
The dairy cow’s costume was made from a custom embroidered and hemmed Snow White women’s costume. The youngest members of the family, Saylem and Suthern, also dressed as the Evil Queen and Dopey, respectively.
