'Dance Moms' Fans Say Abby Lee Miller 'Looks So Different' in New Poolside Swimsuit Snaps

Abby Lee Miller is enjoying some time away from the dance studio by soaking up some sun in the pool.

The notorious dance instructor took to social media this week to offer a glimpse at her recent day spent in the sun, and some of her followers were surprised by how "different" she looks these days.

As seen in the sunny photos shared to Instagram on Thursday, Aug. 1, Miller could be seen posing by the edge of the pool while wearing an olive green swimsuit.

Fans in the comments were quick to point out Miller's significant change in appearance, specifically in relation to her weight.

One commenter on the post said Miller "looks so different" from her Dance Moms days.

"I didn't recognise [sic] her," someone else added.

Another one of Miller's followers dubbed the reality star a "Skinny mini 😍👏" in the swimsuit snaps, while another person told her, "You look unreal and years younger."

"ms abby is looking great," another fan gushed.

"Finally, A POOL DAY!" the 58-year-old dance teacher wrote in her caption, while calling the pool her "happy place."

"My most relaxing moments are spent in the water, under a clear sky, with the sun blazing hot and a good book!"

She also explained that being in the water "helps me defy gravity," making her feel like her "old self" again.

In 2018, the polarizing TV personality was diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, an aggressive form of non-Hodgkins lymphoma , after undergoing emergency surgery on her spine. She now uses a wheelchair while undergoing rehabilitation in the hopes of being able to walk again.

"I can swim and float and even walk!!!" she celebrated in Thursday's post.
