If true, the new all-electric crossover will likely replace the Mercedes EQB or possibly slot in underneath the EQB with regard to Merc’s all-electric lineup. The EQB is currently Mercedes’ closest competitor when it comes to rivaling the Cadillac Optiq, with both models offering similar starting prices. That said, the least-expensive dual-motor EQB starts at more than $60,000 and offers just 207 miles of range, whereas the Cadillac Optiq is standard with dual motors and offers roughly 300 miles of range, starting at $54,000.
