Row2k - Meghan, can you talk us through that race and what it was like to fight for it in there?. Meghan Musnicki - It was what we expected it to be, a dogfight all the way down the course. The women's eight field is deep and formidable, and we went into it after our rep with concrete things we wanted to work on and execute. I think we did those things and just fought the entire way down the course. The nature of sport is you don't always win, and that's a harsh reality of it. We ended up on the back side of it today, but I'm really proud of what this boat has put together and the campaign that we did. We stayed together, all nine of us, through it all. It's obviously very disappointing, but again, that's the nature of elite athletics.
