College cake 123

When kids get to college, they either miss their mom's baking or they need something sweet. This is an easy cake that you make in a coffee mug and a microwave. It can cure their taste for cake. And it's a lot cheaper than them going to the local food store to buy a mini cake. They can keep this on hand for anytime. They are hungry for some type of cake. So let them make 123 cake.

You could mix this together for them without them knowing add the little recipe and surprise them if they are cake lovers.

You might want to buy them a special mug that means something SPECIAL to them. Like a picture of their dog on the mug or some funny sayings that you might say in your home. You could also just put a picture of yourself. I love you, mom.

Ingredient:

2 boxes of cake mix. One any flavor they like. The other MUST be angel food cake mix.

Play both boxes in an airtight container. You will want to mix them well. You can also shake them if you like.

When they are ready for cake, just put 3 tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stirring 2 tablespoons of water

Microwave the cake in the cup for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake.

You could top this with fruit in a cup, nuts, pumpkin seeds, ice cream, icing, crumbles cookie pieces or whipped cream.
