The 6,247 sqft house is located on the border between two well-off LA neighborhoods, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades. The property sits on nearly an acre of land and was originally built in 1941 by California architect Cliff May.
The home is also equipped with walk-in closets in the bedrooms, and it also features a guest house and a media room, which will likely come in handy for a filmmaker like Ben.
The guest house has two levels, and the property also comes with an equestrian center filled with horse stables, and a massive pool and spa.
