I move here two years ago and people I’ve met, not locals, all say the same thing about food here, why can’t it be clean? Why fry it, smother it, add so much to it? Just present the food the way it’s supposed to be eaten, have sides not thrown on top. Thank you for maybe listening. Also PLEASE train your servers, another drawback to eating out here, you can’t find good food AND good service, it’s one or the other.
