With the two meeting from Texas and Austin being of the biggest names ever, fans ultimately loved it.

Now, the WWE Hall of Famer is making a surprise announcement that he wishes Owens met Austin in his prime. “[Owens] got in the ring with the name Stone Cold Steve Austin, but he didn’t get in with the true Stone Cold who was a f— machine,” said Austin on the Christopher Kamrani of The Athletic . “When the ball rang, I was an —- and he didn’t get that guy. That’s what I was mad about. I wanted him to know what it was like to be in there when he’s on. You try to be the guy you were, you try to be in that alpha state. Although, your mindset is there, physically you are not.”

But, WrestleMania next year is in Vegas. That’s in Nevada.” That tease is enough for someone to want to buy tickets. He cannot have many, if even one, match left.

Now, it seems like WWE heavily wanted Austin for WrestleMania. In the closing moments, The Undertaker removed The Rock from the equation.
