The Vanderpump Rules and Love Island USA drama continues.
Ariana Madix was the host of season six of Love Island USA and her Vanderpump Rules co-star and best friend, Katie Maloney, was a guest star on After Sun. After Sun would air every Saturday, giving viewers exclusive interviews, recaps and sneak peeks to the episodes to comes.
Ariana made headlines and was even called one of the best hosts of the show and now Katie is making Love Island USA headlines but for different reason. Katie was seen on a date with Connor Newsum and Ariana could be to thank for it.

According to US Weekly , a source said Connor and Katie were seen at Laurel Tavern, a restaurant in Studio City, California, on Tuesday, July 31. The two got a table in the corner of the restaurant and she "looked amazing" on their date.
Connor was part of the original cast of the show and a fan favorite until he was eliminated. He connected with JaNa Craig and Leah Kateb . Leah admitted to PPG, JaNa and Serena Page , that she was starting not to like Connor and wanted to break things off. She then ended up growing a connection with bombshell, Miguel Harichi, and chose him when it was time to recouple, leaving Connor single and vulnerable.
Connor, on the other hand, revealed to US Weekly that he was in contact with bomshell, Cass Laudano. She was coupled up with Rob but the flame burnt out fairly quickly. He admitted that she reached out to him and the two had a "few conversations that were just really easy." The two shared similar interests and love for animals.
The Love Island USA star, now rumored to be dating Katie, who has been single for 12 years. She married another Vanderpump Rules star, Tom Schwartz , from 2016 to 2022.
During the September 2023 episode of the Almost Adulting podcast, she said: "I was not asking for the world. I was asking for somebody to show up for me and they couldn’t. Over and over and over again. It just became a voice that became louder and louder and I couldn’t deny it anymore." She continued: "It was over months — a period of months — and I just got to a point where I was like I need to get real with myself and real with him. I kind of just knew it. I became emotionally withdrawn. I still loved him but the love between us — that connection — that romance was not there anymore."
