It depends on the mother if the child will be a weakling or a confident person: Sigmund Freud's view
2024-08-02
Sigmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis, discovered how a mother's love influences a child's life.
A person is formed from childhood, and for quality development, parental love, understanding and healthy communication with children are of decisive importance. The way a child will express his emotions, life attitudes, values, as well as observation of relationships in love and work depend on the parents' relationship.
Maria Montessori, a famous teacher, said: "If a child lives with a sense of security, he learns to trust. If a child is often approved of, he learns to treat himself well. If a child is often indulgent, he learns to be patient. If a child is often encouraged, he gains self-confidence. If a child lives in an atmosphere of friendship and feels needed, he learns to find love in this world."
Negative attitudes and unpleasant emotions in children can have an adverse effect on an adult: "If we are hostile to a child, he will hit and insult others, thinking that this is how it should be. If we often make fun of a child, he will become shy. If a child is often shamed, he learns to feel guilty. If we often scold a child, he will learn to judge others."
Children absorb from experience, from our behavior, they give to the world what you give to them. When parents provide a child with great love, support and understanding, they are actually creating a person who will radiate such energy throughout their entire life. Because love is never enough.
If you give love to a child, he will grow up to be a self-confident person.
Sigmund Freud, the famous Austrian psychiatrist whose methods are still used in psychoanalysis, said:
"A man who has been his mother's undisputed favorite carries throughout his life a feeling of victory and confidence in good fortune which often leads to real success."
But it is not enough to simply love a child, it is important to tell him about it and demonstrate it in different ways - hugging, kissing, communicating and spending time together.
This experience gives him a sense of unconditional support and self-confidence, which often become the key to real success. Growing up in an atmosphere of love and care creates a foundation for a person to develop strong self-esteem and faith in his abilities.
A child who grows up surrounded by the peace and love of his mother, who has the support of her arms and the comfort of her words, can indeed grow up to be a bright and confident person who has much to be grateful for. This is reflected in his behavior, his attitude toward himself and others, and his ability to make decisions and overcome difficulties.
The self-confidence and sense of victory that such a person develops can be the key to achieving goals and success in life. He believes in himself and his abilities, which allows him to move forward decisively, despite obstacles. Such a person often has charisma and leadership qualities, which contributes to his advancement in his career and relationships with others.
