    Azione Acquires Boutique Publicity Firm IHPR

    Azione is in an acquiring mood.

    The creative communications agency confirmed that it has acquired the fashion and lifestyle division of IHPR in a strategic move designed to bolster its position in the competitive fashion and luxury sector. As part of the deal, IHPR partner Jen Dalton joins Azione as executive vp.

This strategic move not only broadens our service offerings but also integrates a team of exceptionally talented professionals who align closely with our commitment to excellence,” said Azione co-founder Michele Thomas in a statment. “Together with IHPR, we are poised to deliver even greater value to our clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and strategic insights tailored to their needs. This marks a pivotal moment in our journey, and we look forward to the collaborative opportunities ahead.”

    Thomas’ Azione co-founder, Leland Drummond, added: “We are thrilled to have IHPR join Azione.     IHPR, founded in 2010, maintains offices in Los Angeles and New York. Dalton will bring an unspecific roster of clients with her as she makes the move. Per the company’s website, clients have included Acacia, Amo, Ana Khouri, Anna Sheffield, A Piece Apart, Ariel Gordon, Bea Bongiasca, Caudalie, Ceremony, Cienne, Donni, Eddie Bauer, Eriness, Facile, Fernando Jorge, Hensely, Hoorsebuhs, J Hannah, Jacquie Aiche, Jane Taylor, Kneel and Co., Lein, Love Adorned, Maya Brenner, Mikoh, Nars, Nak Armstrong, Newbark, Nikos Koulis, Pearl Paradise, Simone LeBlanc, Spoke & Weal, Striiike, The Now and Theory.

    Azione, meanwhile, was founded 14 years ago. During its tenure, it has focused on “building some of the most relevant emerging startups of the last decade and completely retooling the way legacy brands approach winning with consumers through a distinctive, strategic, and intuitive approach to creative communications,” per the company. It recently expanded its services with the launch of its Additive division that offers a range of marketing services, including affiliate and performance PR, creative services, strategy and consumer insights and more.
