Mairimashita Iruma-kun chapter 358 recap

Chapter 358 starts with Demon King Dokfel telling Mephisto how lucky he is to have the power to be reborn. He gives Mephisto one last mission to select and serve the next demon king. However, his work has been cut out for him as both candidates, General Kushiona and Alvro, have qualities worthy of the throne.

The chapter then discussed Mephisto and his essential role in the underworld. Those who sought the throne would have no choice but to win his favor. However, those who forsake him would be ruined. While Mephisto traveled to check on candidates for the throne, he came across a man sitting on the battlefield. Mephisto was immediately drawn to Delkira and asked him to take him as his guide, and he would make him king.

However, Delkira rejected the offer, telling Mephisto he would guide himself. Mephisto relinquished his role, and Delkira became the Demon King. Later, with Delkira gone, Mephisto made it his mission to crown a demon king who would surpass him. The chapter returns to the present and ends with Mephisto attending Iruma’s class.
