SC TBI Needs Assessment: Shining Light on Services & Support

    2024-08-02

(Sponsored Content) The Brain Injury Association of South Carolina (BIASC) announces the release of the South Carolina Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Needs Assessment, a comprehensive report that sheds light on the current state of TBI services and support within the community.

The South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (SCDDSN) received a Traumatic Brain Injury State Partnership Program grant from the USDHHS Administration for Community Living (ACL). Among the goals of the project is to conduct a needs assessment to identify gaps in data collection, prevention, service delivery, and trainings, and to develop a sustainable SC TBI State Plan.

The report can be downloaded and viewed here.
