57-year-old Cole, real name Sean Michael Coulthard, began his WWE career as an interviewer all the way back in 1997 and, over the next few decades, worked his way up in the company to eventually become the Vice President of Announcing. However, in recent years, he has been reducing his backstage responsibilities to fully concentrate on his on-air role, which seems to be working out well for everyone.
