ETSY is making changes to its services for buyers and sellers alike.
The company has promised faster deliveries along with new benefits for members.

The e-commerce giant is known for selling goods from independent artists and craftsmen.
Now, it’s rolling out a loyalty program.
It’s called Etsy Insider, and it promises several changes for shoppers.
Shoppers will pay a fee either annually or seasonally, an Etsy spokesperson told The U.S. Sun.
The fee has not yet been determined, but it will not cost sellers anything.
As the program is currently in beta testing, only some buyers will be able to sign up — at least for now.
The company said it would offer Insider members free shipping in the US for “millions of items.”
Members will also get birthday bonuses and an annual gift from an Etsy seller.
Insiders will also get “first access” to discounts and specialty merchandise, the company promised.
The program will be funded entirely by membership fees.
As shoppers can currently opt to donate change on their orders, the company said it will also “double” the impact of members’ donations.
That could mean donation-matching, though the language used in the press release is vague.
“We believe Etsy Insider can become an important lever in turning our strong brand affinity into deeper customer loyalty,” said VP of Product and Retention Marketing Simona Shakin.
“Our teams are excited to glean insights from this beta launch to help inform Etsy’s path forward.”
There’s no word yet on if or when a broader expansion of the program will happen.
